2.The working pressure of the core pulling mechanism cylinder(air source pressure):0.5MPa~0.7MPa.
3.Electric heating system:voltage 220V or 380V,frequency 50Hz.
4.Water circulation heating system:Water temperature 500C~700C,pressure≥0.05MPa.
5.Mold working temperature:400C~600C.
6.Breathing hole:diameterφ3mm~φ4mm,quantity 4-6.
7.Surface roughness requirement for mold forming:Ra≤1.6mm.
8.Mold material:Cast aluminum alloy ZL105,LY12.
9.Mold wall thickness:≥15mm.
10.The gap between the mold and the product is≥0.5mm.
